Each apartment has a separate soundproofed bedroom, and a modern bathroom. Each one is individually styled, and some feature a spa tub and impressive city views. All have Wi-Fi, and public parking is available nearby.
A selection of bars and restaurants is found just a few steps away, and Edinburgh’s historic castle is a 10-minute walk from the property. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station is a 5-minute walk away, and popular Princes Street is just half a mile from the property.

You must telephone Advocates Apartments at least 30 minutes before arrival so that you can access the apartment. Please use the telephone number provided in your booking confirmation. If you do not do this, check-in will be delayed by at least 30 minutes.
All guests should check in and collect apartment keys from 23 Blair Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1QR.
Please note that bookings will not be refunded if cancelled after 30 days of having made the reservation.
Please note that late check-out or early check-in is subject to an additional charge. Late check-out can be no later than 12:00, and early check-in must be after 13:00. Guests must notify the hotel early check-ins or late check-outs at least 24 hours in advance.
